The National Library of Slovakia, other Slovakian instituitions and Bielefeld University Library co-operated on a project about the history and culture in the Zips region which aimed at facilitating the access to and broadening the knowledge about their cultural assets. In the course of the project a catalogue has been constructed which indexes some 50,000 titles from the collections of the Lycial Libraries Kesmark and Leutschau, the Collegial Library of the Zips Chapter Preschau, the seminary library and the Library of the Zips Chapter. The database includes works from the 15th to the 20th century, written in several different languages and some valuable incunables, manuscripts and imprints are among them.
