The Central Lending Department is responsible for:

User Administration

registration for library usage (external users only)
handing out library cards
assigning passwords for loan accounts (for trouble-shooting and assistance please contact the Reference Department)
Withdrawal and restorage of borrowing privileges

Interlibrary Loan

Provision of interlibrary loan orders (books and journal copies)
Order tracking and complaints
Foreign orders

Fees and Charges

Collection of overdue fees, postal charges and interlibrary loan charges
Notification of loss or damage of library items (in German)

Lockers

Administration of lockers (key loss etc.)
